Shipping

We bake our products daily without preservatives, Monday-Saturday. The products are delivered by our drivers on Sundays every week.

Our couriers collect the products frozen from the warehouse, and they are delivered to the customer's door within 1-3 hours after collection from the warehouse. Our shipping method is designed to keep the products fresh and safe during shipment.

On arrival (if you do not eat the whole order at once) we recommend that the waffles are stored in the freezer or fridge. All products last up to 3 days at room temperature, 10 days in the fridge, and up to 6 months in the frozen state. This is a sign that the products are fresh and healthy.

We strongly recommend that someone is available to receive the package upon delivery so that the products can be chilled or placed in the freezer as soon as possible after delivery.

Shipping costs will not be refunded for late deliveries if the recipient is not available to receive the package when it is delivered.
